turn-key package

the "turn-key package" is a complete traditional interior design service.

the designer will work in close contact with you for the duration of the entire project and site visits during various work steps are mandatory.

step 1

  • click "start my project" on the bottom of this page to begin, fill out the form, and then click send or in alternative contact us via e-mail for arrangements.

  • you will receive proposed dates and time for an online or in person consultation meeting.

step 2

  • the online / in person meeting: this is where we meet to discuss your bespoke project. We will discuss in-depth your vision for the space(s), the scope of work, budget, and timeframes to complete the project. This first meeting is all about finding out exactly what you are looking for. 

  • we will provide availability for a site visit so we can obtain measurements and photographs of the space. 

​step 3

  • site visit: now that we have a direction and idea for your space, we will visit you on-site to review plans and/or thoroughly take measurements and photos of each space in the project. 

  • we don’t offer solutions at this stage, we simply find out your needs, gather information about the space, and hear about your plans. 

  • we do ask that both homeowners be present for this initial meeting.

  • during this initial in-person meeting, we will prepare a written Scope of Work document detailing the design-related work you wish to engage us to do and a concise list of the design deliverables.

​step 4

  • transparent design fees:  once all the information is gathered we will present you with a detailed custom quote for your acceptance. to follow we will present you a standard industry contract or letter of agreement that outlines the exact scope of work based on our initial in-person meeting and project scope, design fee, and payment structure for our design services.

  • both homeowners are kindly asked to sign the agreement and return it to us in person or by telematic means.

  • once the agreement has been signed we will proceed to putting together the design project.

​step 5

  • concept design: back at the studio, we gather and refine initial ideas to form a unique design concept. 

  • we will prepare moodboards, sketches of the preliminary floor plans and finishes, and material selections.

  • these will be presented to you in an online meeting or in person to communicate design intent and the possibilities of which direction we can head in.

  • collaboratively, we will work towards reaching a final room layout design that’s not only perfect but also meets your individual requirements.​

​step 6

  • selection and finishes: we will arrange to meet you at selected showrooms to choose the fixtures, fittings, and equipment for your new space. 

  • in alternative we can bring samples and brochures to your home for viewing.

​step 7

  • design documentation: with the final design plan completed, we present the reimagined rooms illustrated with floor plan, elevations, material samples and design drawings, 3D renderings that are suitable for quotation/tendering purposes. 

  • this step can be completed via online meeting.

​step 8

  • the final design project: we will organise an in-person meeting to hand over all the design drawings and go through the design with you. 

  • for major convenience your contractor may assist at the meeting.

 

*please note that other site visits can be made by us during construction, however additional fees may be applicable.

​step 9

  • satisfied client and final photography.

  • we will be as excited as you to see the design and our vision come to life and will pop back for a visit once construction is completed.

  • with your permission, we will arrange for a professional photographer to capture your dream home for our portfolio. 

e-design package

e-design is an online only service and is composed of well laid out steps.

step 1

  • click "start my project" on the bottom of this page to begin, fill out the form, and then click send.

  • you will receive an e-mail from us regarding pricing and all the necessary information for you to provide payment.

  • once payment is confirmed, you will receive proposed dates and time for the online consultation meeting.

step 2

after the online meeting, we will ask you to send us some photographs of the room in question, a video and some measurements.

​step 3

you will receive the package containing the following items:

​

  • a concept board - an inspirational image of the general direction of the design.

  • a moodboard - a realistic image of your room with all recommended design elements in place (with embedded links to the online retailers and all pricing).

  • a 2D floor plan - an image in .PDF of your room containing all furnishings in their place that will serve as your "map" to placing the recommended items.

  • a to do list and the steps that need to be taken in order to complete your project.

  • 3D renderings of your space that you can use to preview your finished project (max 3 views depending on the project).

  • a suggestions list with advise on how to get more out of your space (use of lighting, fabrics, colors, etc.)

  • 30 - minute final virtual meeting to discuss the work executed and to add finishing touches.

* the delivery time expected for the e-design complete package may range from 20 to 30 business days.
