An in-depth questionnaire to be completed during our initial meeting.
60-minute in person meeting with Nina to discuss your space, design needs, & style.
Site visit by Nina to obtain measurements and photos of the space.
In-person presentation of drawings and 3D renderings.
A concept board and a moodboard to help visualize the completed space (includes 1 revision).
2D floor plan of the furnished room indicating the positioning of each furnishing item.
General plans and elevations, lighting plans and plumbing plans are included so you can turn them over to your contractor or in absence we will provide one for you.
Assistance with the purchase of the suggested furnishings and staging of the items in your home.
important to know:
In the event you do not have the support of a contractor, an architect or other specialists, at a fee adjustment, we will provide them for you.
this service is available in:
English, French, Italian , Russian & Spanish.
areas served:
Milan, Monaco, Nice and Greater Côte d'Azur areas. Upon request, international projects can be executed.
