Our 'designer’s full package' gives you full support and you will no longer need to care for the aspects of the work. Just sit back and enjoy your dream home coming to life.
what's included:
An in-depth questionnaire to be completed during our initial meeting.
60-minute in person meeting with Nina to discuss your space, design needs, & style.
Site visit by Nina to obtain measurements and photos of the space.
In-person presentation of drawings and 3D renderings.
A concept board and a moodboard to help visualize the completed space (includes 1 revision).
2D floor plan of the furnished room indicating the positioning of each furnishing item.
General plans and elevations, lighting plans and plumbing plans are included so you can turn them over to your contractor or we will provide one for you.
Nina will assist you with the purchase of the suggested furnishings and will manage the staging of the items in your home.
important to know:
In the event you do not have the support a contractor, and architect or other specialists, at a fee adjustment, Nina will give full access to her team or will provide support in identifying these specialists in your area.
this service is available in:
English, French, Italian and Russian.
areas served:
Milan, Monaco, Nice and Greater Côte d'Azur areas. Upon request, international projects can be executed.
